Music is a powerful tool proving to have so many benefits for physical and mental health including:

  • Reduce Stress - singing can help to reduce life’s stresses. Singing releases your body’s happy hormones. 

  • Cardiovascular health - singing can help care for your lungs. It teaches you to slow down, control and deepen your breathing. It helps to naturally strengthen your abdominal muscles - something that supports your breathing.

Becky offers two packages which can be edited to suit your care home. 

1 - Sing Along Hits

Becky leads a singing group aimed to get everyone singing along. She has a projector and folders with lyrics accompanied by backing tracks. The songs consist of show tunes and popular music from all eras .

2 - Listen and Enjoy

Becky sings and plays keyboard for residents to listen and enjoy. Becky sings songs through the ages which can be acoustic and easy listening, or upbeat and toe tapping.
